Although I think that the alternate or minimum version of Access Runtime is part of the problem, these TIDs only served to confuse the issue more. I have no idea how, if ever, I received a 2000 Developer edition of MSO2K, so that leaves the possibility that a a runtime application was installed. But then the question is what application? This problem seems to be a vicious cycle.
